John E. Schipper

John joined the firm in July 2013 and became a Partner of the firm in 2018. After serving five years as Conestoga’s Head Trader, John
has transitioned to Junior Research Analyst and Trader. John supports the research analysts in performing their due diligence on existing
portfolio companies and new ideas for the small and smid cap portfolios. He also conducts portfolio analytics to support the portfolio
managers. In his role as Trader, he works closely with the investment team to provide market feedback on the portfolio holdings and to
communicate with sell-side firms and trading venues. John graduated from Haverford College with a B.A. in Economics, attended the
London School of Economics and Political Science as part of his studies abroad, and was a four-year member of the College’s lacrosse
team. He currently holds the Series 65 License.
